Annie W A massive thank you to Enakshi (Im so sorry if I spelt your lovely name wrong). She was so incredibly sweet and patient and helpful as I took my time looking for a perfect gift for my sis-in-law. She went above and beyond to give me the best customer service and made what wouldve been a daunting decision so pleasant. She even threw in complimentary gift wrapping! Both her and her colleague were very understanding and even offered to help replace one of my old, worn out bracelets. Also, the shop is very well-organised and everything just glistens. For someone whos not usually big on jewellery, Ill definitely be paying regular visits!

David Lynch Jack was absolutely fantastic as our engagement ring consultant. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel comfortable and listened carefully to what we were looking for. His knowledge, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. He guided us through every detail, offered thoughtful suggestions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. We live interstate and Andrew made the whole process easy and effortless - he kept us updated every step of the way, answered all our questions (even on his days off!) and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us.
