Daniel Heng Ryan was an amazing person to interface with, especially during a difficult time of dealing with an estate issue, the passing of a loved one. He was professional, incredibly prompt, kind, and we couldnt have had a more efficient and perfect experience dealing with the sale of jewellery. Payments were prompt and the whole assessment of jewellery pieces was efficient, accurate and realistic. As we live in Brisbane, the postage process was made very easy. Ryan offered 3 options for re-sale, and there was absolutely no pressure applied. I couldnt recommend Ryan and LBJ more highly. Thank you so much.

Anu Iyer I have bought few items in the last couple months. I was happy with their service especially the young girl. She is very helpful and customer friendly. But I was very disappointed with the person who served me on 11/08/24. She was very sarcastic and rude. I will think twice about going back to this shop now.

Sarah Wright Today, we had an exceptional customer service experience with the lovely ladies at the Erina branch of Angus & Coote. Ellyse, Theresa, Linda and Karyn all went above and beyond when helping us choose the right rings for my partner and I. One ring in particular, could not be ordered in my partners size, so they took him and the ring to the nearby jeweller to see if it could be resized. I was suffering from severe decision paralysis and was overwhelmed with what would complement my engagement ring. They were all very patient with me and offered great advice clearly based on extensive experience. I ended up getting a ring that I hadn’t even considered but which worked perfectly with my unique engagement ring. Both my partner and I left feeling really well looked after and impressed with a level a customer service that you rarely find these days. Thank you.
