They managed to outline the best steps to take in order to present the property for sales in the best way possible. They recommended the following steps -Renovating few things in the property (Painting, new carpet..etc) -Staging the property to highlight its best potential. -Finally Advertising and marketing campaign that went on for 3 weeks to attract any potential buys.
