Our sessions stretch beyond just working out: she’s helped me with education around food & developing a healthier relationship with my body, she’s worked with me on mindset & motivation, she’s refined my technique & tailored our sessions to include exercise I actually enjoy, and I genuinely don’t think we’ve repeated the same session twice in all this time.
