The guy who helped me today, he really knows his stuff when it comes to protein powders, I had to return one I bought originally which was the Zombie Labs Caramel Biscuit flavour, and it wasn’t great. The guy gave me a better alternative, and tossed in a shaker bottle on the house. Legendary stuff, definitely returning back :)

Paul G I have trained with Shane for a number of years now and wouldnt consider training anywhere else. The club has a great family type atmosphere with no egos. The instructors and in particular Shane, are first rate. They posses a great deal of martial arts knowledge and skill. I only wish I had started training there sooner, a first rate club.
