5 /5 Ralph Asuncion: Enjoyed my first class! The trainers were incredibly friendly and supportive and there’s a great community. I loved the concept of simulating high-altitude training—it made the workout feel unique and I really felt the effort. The exercises were varied, keeping things interesting throughout. My only feedback would be that the class I did (lower body) and individual exercises felt a bit short (20 secs work and 10 secs rest), a longer session would make it even more rewarding. However, I’m not sure if this is just because of the high-altitude format of the classes. Overall, a fun and motivating experience—I’d recommend it!
