Beyond Movement - VIC

Rachel Butler I attended Beyond Movement gym for a week to receive one on one handstand training from Jason. I came over from New Zealand as I had searched for programs like this in NZ with no luck, then discovered Beyond Movement on social media! Jason’s ability to coach the individual based on their current ability is incredible. Providing encouragement, warmth, patience and professional knowledge to encourage the subtle and gradual improvements required is perfection. Beyond Movement facilities are easily located in Hughesdale and is fully equipped with EVERYTHING needed for body strength training! The group training sessions provide a fun, inviting and progressive environment to train in, with plenty of encouragement from each other. Human My wife got me a few classes with Kal for my birthday. I was super skeptical at first but I have to say that Kal is amazing! I had a few injuries and kept getting injured while doing weights. Kal is exceptional at addressing both pre-existing injuries and keeping me from getting re-injured. I could not recommend Kal enough to anyone, especially if you find yourself getting injured or have pre-existing health issues that are keeping you from doing certain exercises. Thanks Kal!!
