Kat Houghton I’ve been attending Active Mums recently after giving birth to my second child, and it has been such a positive experience! Losing weight has been challenging, but the classes have really helped strengthen my core and improve my fitness. The best part is that I can bring both my baby and my three-year-old toddler along, which makes it so much easier to fit exercise into my routine. The environment is welcoming, and Julie the instructor is great at supporting postpartum mums. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to get back into fitness after having a baby!

Uplift Womens Health Collective - VIC

J Robaert I had my first session at Uplift Women’s Health Collective in Mitcham today for postpartum rehab and lower back pain, and it was a really positive experience. The therapist took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored the treatment accordingly, which made me feel confident and supported. Even after just one session, I already feel hopeful about the progress I can make. Anytime Fitness Greenvale - VIC

Erch Durnaoglu This is by far the best Anytime Fitness I’ve ever been to. I’ve trained at many locations around Australia and even in Singapore, and the new Greenvale gym is on another level. The space is large, modern and clearly built with high-quality equipment and a lot of investment. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. I asked for the Wi-Fi password today and they sorted it straight away, and the connection worked perfectly while I trained. Really impressed with this gym. Excited to make it my new home base.

Vintage Fitness and Health - VIC

P G Andrew’s fitness classes for over 55s have helped me already in improving my core strength, flexibility and balance over the past month. Groups are small, with a maximum of 10 attendees, and we train in a large hall, giving everyone plenty of space. Andrew introduces new exercises and varies the program regularly, so that his classes remain fresh, fun, and tailored to individual requirements each time. He is great at analysing individual strengths and weaknesses, and gives each of us valuable feedback so we can exercise safely and make steady progress. Andrew’s professionalism, knowledge, and fun classes have surpassed all my expectations and I can recommend him highly. Thank you Andrew!
