We contacted the team Sunday night, on the chance they could assist us in obtaining pre approval (a crazy request). In comes Nicci first thing Monday morning, with a wealth of knowledge, energy drink in hand and the drive to make it happen. Within 4 days we had pre arrival locked in, a building & pest inspection booked and a meeting with a conveyencer to review the contracts. When I first met Nick Alvaro, he was able to save me 30% on my insurance premiums and we then used the savings towards locking in level insurance premiums on all of my policies. This now means I have insurance cover for me and my family which will be affordable throughout all of my working life. We were also able to use my superannuation to pay for some of the insurance premiums which was very handy for me for cash flow purposes. Nick also has strong alliances with other professionals which I have used including Mortgage Brokers, General Insurance Brokers, Accountants and Solicitors. Nick is a wealth of knowledge. Nick is very honest and trustworthy and I recommend his services to all of my family and friends.

Tom The process on set up was very easy and smooth? It stops there... Had to pay alot of catch up payments because they stuffed up the start of the lease, then 2 years in I changed companies so am in a mid lease transfer. Has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. You never deal with the same person twice and they all make it much harder than it needs to be. They lose correspondence and make you start your enquiry from scratch at every point. Im still waiting for money to be reimbursed from over estimated running costs nearly 2 months later.. Wouldnt recommend using this company at all. Maxxia have been much more pleasant. Am in the process of getting advice about getting my money back as we speak.
