Ally is a great broker, shes an excellent listener and communicator, gave us realistic expectations from the start, and kept us well informed with each step. We went from enquiry to finance approval in just over 3 weeks!! Incredible work, I cant imagine the hours of her time that I took, but she answered my questions on a daily basis, and I felt like she had genuine care and passion for her work. We contacted the team Sunday night, on the chance they could assist us in obtaining pre approval (a crazy request). In comes Nicci first thing Monday morning, with a wealth of knowledge, energy drink in hand and the drive to make it happen. Within 4 days we had pre arrival locked in, a building & pest inspection booked and a meeting with a conveyencer to review the contracts.
