If you have a bulging disc, sciatica, constant pain, I would highly recommend giving HPY a go. Let them know about any concerns and they will work with you to adjust exercises to suit you and your injury. My experience with HPY has been nothing but positive. I really cant believe the difference it has made. I started with the foundation class (which is FREE!) once a week and that has helped build my confidence and strengthen my body. I would like to work up to 2-3 times a week. They offer classes every day, AM and PM (Hurstbridge and Diamond Creek) so even those of us that work FT have no excuse. I have found the instructors very natural and down to earth. No need to feel like you have to look a certain way or have special Pilates gear to attend.
