Rena Ng The bloody worst processes and people I have ever dealt with. You cant even withdraw your own superannuation despite filling in all the forms, ID verification and directing Mercer to deposit it into the nominated bank account. Following all the processes and they not even clear from the start. We followed everything they sent to us and even confirmed it with them. Then they turn around and change the goal posts and conditions of the release without telling us from the start or even calling us to confirm. They are keeping my fathers super only $3,600 and wont even release the funds as directed. AWEFUL AWEFUL AWEFUL!
