1 /5 Jing: Don’t sign anything. They don’t care about their members. Last year, I signed 2 year’s membership, and I lost job after lockdown, and I still paid till this year January. I was so sick since December, done my operation on March. I couldn’t pay for anything and own a lot of during this hard time. They only contact me once on February but I missed the call.then they contact me on May said they will cancel my membership on May after I explained my situation, they canceled it in the end of May, nothing negotiation with me even they said we understood your situation. Now they want me pay full of two years membership fee and cancel my membership. I will go to complain to department. They wanted you understand their hardship but they don’t care about member’s hardship. How sad. We all been through pandemic, but they only care about themselves. Went to VCAT and won the case, I only paid the membership fee till they closed the account.
