Sarah is an amazing instructor, shes super knowledgeable, also so positive and supportive ☺️ The classes are great for stretching, core strength, grip strength & flexibility, all working up to do really fun tricks in the hammock!

Wendy Ngo Beautiful beach with plenty of activities to enjoy, including walking, fishing, swimming, or simply relaxing on the rock area. There’s also an outdoor pool if you prefer that over the beach. It’s not crowded, so you can relax and take in the view. If you’re lucky, you might even spot some dolphins. There’s plenty of parking, as well as public toilets and showers.

hazel burford Great spot if ur sleeping in a car or van! Plenty of spaces and the shire allows people to sleep here which is nice, there’s cold showers, taps, 24h toilets and it’s right on the beach. Feels safe and quiet
