I was lucky enough to meet Brigitte through the fitness scene. She got right onto my diet, observed what I ate & worked out strategies to help me with cravings, drinking less & take a good look at what I was eating. While I knew how to eat well, it had all gotten too much & lazy habits set in. Over time we turned this around. It wasnt overnight but we got there.
Brigitte has been an incredible support person & mentor, always there when I needed her or had questions. She has helped me with nutrition before fitness events & through her guidance I am the fittest Ive ever been, weigh about 5kg lighter & can fit back into my favourite pair of jeans. Its been years!
Im the leanest & most confident Ive ever felt & as someone that is highly likely in the joys of perimenopause, I have minimal if any symptoms. I put that down to Brigitte.
