Rob The gym is super well equipped, the team environment is supportive and motivating, and coach Steve knows exactly when to push you or tell you to dial it back. Doesnt matter if youre lifting the bar or 200kg, trying weightlifting for the first time or wanting to go to national championships, this is a great place to train and Steve will help you get there. Angela Boutique PT/functional training gym. I am yet to see a bro or hear much grunting. Yoga instructor is awesome. I train with a goal to improve my mental health. I see Ben three times a week. It is a huge well ventilated factory, I have never seen it crowded. There are small group training sessions for the more social peeps. Kid and dog friendly.

Tania Raykhtin Amazing gym to workout, the staff are extremely friendly, professional and always willing and happy to help in any way they can. Natan, Crystal and Jess are superstars and are always there on standby to help you get the most out of your workouts. Couldn’t think of a better place to train. All the members are super supportive and friendly. Great vibe gym.

Genevieve Green A wonderful early spring, summer, autumn season at beautiful Belgrave Pool ends tomorrow.The extended season has been wonderful and magical. The water temperature in the pool is perfect and the lovely warm shower afterwards very much appreciated.
