Kim Panda Brent has been my personal trainer for approximately 8 years now and I highly recommend him. He doesnt assume that everyones goals are exactly the same; he listens to your needs and adapts to your personal goals. He is really keen on fostering a sense of community amongst his clients, and he provides additional opportunities for us all to connect with each other through group WhatsApp chats, bushwalks, holiday parties, and Spartan Race training. The Health Hive is locally owned, so theres no toxic gym bro vibes here, and you arent just dumping money into a megacorp who just sees you as a subscription number. There are also other services and classes on site including an Exercise Physiologist who runs BoneFit. While I havent taken those classes, they often run at the same time as my PT sessions and all of the women and the Exercise Physiologist are incredibly friendly and welcoming. There are also yoga classes in the evenings, which offers a nice balance to the training sessions! And they are small, quiet, and non-intimidating. The location is also extremely easy to get to, just off A3/Lane Cove Rd. Tucked away on a little suburban street, there is ample and easy parking, which makes for a very chill and stress-free experience. And if you want a cheeky little treat after your workout, theres a locally-owned German Bakery right next door. Or you can stock up on your protein for the week at the local butcher, also right next door!

Directors Cut Studios Great gym in a great location with well maintained equipment. Staff are always friendly and the gym and change rooms are always clean. What more do you need really? Highly recommended.

Kylie Good The team at Impact are your birthday party planning partners. Unique requests are considered and accommodated if possible to make your childs birthday special. Two hours jam packed with energetic games for the birthday child & their friends, while the parents overlook the fun being had and ecstatic faces on the children. Organised lunch and a much needed rest, before hitting the mat again for some extra fun before concluding the party with tired attendees. The highlights were the group photo, breaking the board and cutting the cake with a samurai sword! The team are professional and what a better way for kids to experience karate in a fun way, than sharing in celebrations with their friends. Highly recommend booking -Invitations and rsvps managed on your behalf -Private use of venue -Leadership team instructors running the show -Set up & clean up covered Just book it- you wont be sorry you did, because the only thing you have to worry about is who to invite!

Catherine Humphrey We have been with UAC for approximately 6 months participating in the basketball academy. The coaches have been friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and strive to make the sessions both fun and educational for the kids. The facilities are clean, maintained, and visually appealing. The staff welcome the kids with enthusiasm and make them feel part of the UAC family. I highly recommend this facility for any players who want to improve their game and have fun doing so.
