JD Sports - Craigieburn (VIC)

1 /5 S D: Disappointed with the customer service at JD Craigieburn I visited JD Craigieburn today and had a very unpleasant experience. I walked in, went straight to the shoes I wanted to try, and one of the staff approached me asking if I needed help. I politely said I was fine. Instead of moving on, the staff member stood there for a couple of minutes staring at me, which made me uncomfortable. When I told her I’d ask if I needed assistance, she walked away but came back shortly after, asking the same question in a sarcastic tone. This behaviour felt unprofessional and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. When I asked what the issue was, her response was childish and far from what I’d expect from JD staff. I was ready to purchase the shoes, but the experience completely changed my mind. I’ve been shopping at JD for years at Highpoint and never had an issue, but this was my first time at Craigieburn and it was honestly disappointing. I won’t be shopping at JD Craigieburn again.

1 /5 Need to take a shit: I was planning to purchase clothing 2 weeks ago, but my experience at Craigieburn JD was disappointing. One of the staff members spoke to me in a sarcastic manner, which i found unacceptable. Due to this poor customer service, i have decided not to make a purchase, and this will be my first and last visit to this store too. I totally agree S they surely will be losing a few customers ;)

5 /5 Jhana Parumog: think this is the best JD I’ve ever been to! The customer service experience is honestly top-tier. Special mention to pricilla (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) I went last Wednesday and she greeted me with a warm smile and helped me find the perfect gift for my son. She even suggested lots of creative clothing pieces and sets for him. I’m really happy with the service. Will definitely come again

1 /5 Shannon Milne: Wow the customer service here is terrible. Waited 30 minutes and no one even came up to us. Went out and over to other stores however they didn’t have what we needed so had to go back and wait a further 10 minutes for us to go and find someone.
