Jenny Cannot recommend BFT Prahran enough! Great trainers who make everyone feel welcome and supported, great community, and great workouts - full of variety. The gym is in top condition, super clean and with all the facilities you need in one place - sauna, ice bath, and plenty of showers so you can squeeze in a lunch time sessions.
