When I first consulted with Josh, my initial focus was on improving my eating plan. Despite years of consistent gym attendance and walking 10km daily, I wasn’t seeing the results I expected from such an active lifestyle.
I decided to try the 12-week personal training package, and it turned out to be a game-changer. I quickly learned that my training technique, particularly with free weights and gym machines, wasn’t as effective as it could have been. Josh taught me the correct form and provided valuable adjustments, which made a significant difference. I found myself lifting lighter weights with better control and focusing more on my technique.
While I thought my diet was already healthy—since I avoided junk and processed foods—Josh asked me to keep an eating diary during our first week. He then provided me with a personalized eating plan that was not only easy to follow but also quick to prepare and delicious. Within just a few weeks, I noticed significant weight loss and found that I was spending less time at the gym, yet seeing better results.
On the days when Josh wasn’t with me, I used the app, which was incredibly user-friendly. The exercise videos on the app were clear and helpful, allowing me to continue my training with confidence.
Josh was an exceptional trainer—friendly, supportive, and highly motivating throughout the process. Thanks to his guidance, I have lost a total of 7.3kg over the 12 weeks and feel that the knowledge and skills I’ve gained will have a lasting impact on my health and fitness.
I’m now looking forward to another 12 weeks of training to continue building on the progress I’ve made.
