5 /5 Fiona Briffa: Joanna is a wonderful instructor on so many levels. Her knowledge of the body and ability to customise a session to suit my needs on the day, (anything from, chronic fatigue crash to, I cant lay on my back today, to I have a headache, to my feet are sore or the occasional cramps in my hips) nothing is too difficult for her to ensure I get my workout needs met in spite of my many body challenges.
She is so kind and patient. Always encouraging, even when I feel like im not doing great.
I started pilates due to being unable to continue my high intensity gym workouts and I find I still feel all the benefits with pilates.
I highly recommend Joanna for anyone who is looking for an instructor who has technical knowledge and genuinely cares about your health and fitness.
