No answer on phone number provided and no reply to my email until next day only to be to that a valuer isnt on site anyway and Id have to leave my goods and that he never received my booking and he dosnt work Saturdays ( my booking was on a monday) yet I had received a confirmation of my booking and after all that not even and apologie.
