Pole & Aerial Divas Mornington - VIC

Cass I was professional dancer for 25 years, when I decided to try again I found heaps of stuidos that said " Yes we support mature ladies" but felt so excluded when I joined. When I arrived at Pole Diva Mornington I was automatically made to feel like a queen and so respected. Aliera and Mon are so amazing and Zoe is such a great teacher, But they are only one of many awesome teachers. I have never felt so supported and respected, and I love every class and all the members are cool I never feel like I am the old 49yr old ex dancer, I feel like a friend a team member... I feel loved! I owe this to my PT Rose who told me I deserved to be respected. Pole Diva Mornington is the bees knees... Love you all.

Life Ready Studio - VIC

Samantha Rudman Joined this peaceful studio for two weeks whilst visiting from Perth. Absolutely loved it, a highlight of the visit. The instructors were friendly, kind, and generous with their instruction. The studio is clean and spacious. Can’t wait to come back and train again! (Thanks especially to Laura and Tessa ❤️)

The Core Project Pilates - VIC

Wendy Horan Tace: Melbournes Best Pilates Instructor I can honestly say that the sessions I have with Tace (at The Core Project Pilates) are a constant highlight of my week! Everytime I book in another class I cant wait to add to my calendar, because knowing I have another session coming up makes me happy and excited. I go to Tace for private pilates training and have recently added in some semi private classes to my routine as well. Whether I am pumped and ready to work out, or have no energy and the thought of a workout seems impossible, I go and always, always, always walk out after class feeling on top of the world. And I mean it. Every. Single. Time. I started training with Tace in October last year, and with her attention and focus and care, I have gotten so much stronger and my posture is the best it has ever been. I now have toned muscles like never before, too. Tace teaches me the technique of the moves as we go along, which I love because it helps me feel more connected with the movements and helps me visualise what to focus on. I am most amazed by how challenging Taces classes can be, yet it is the least challenging decision I make all week. I have NEVER been as consistent as I have been with going to Taces classes. And no matter how many I do, I can never get enough. Tace is an absolute legend and Im already looking forward to next weeks class!
