Pole & Aerial Divas Mornington - VIC

Cass I was professional dancer for 25 years, when I decided to try again I found heaps of stuidos that said " Yes we support mature ladies" but felt so excluded when I joined. When I arrived at Pole Diva Mornington I was automatically made to feel like a queen and so respected. Aliera and Mon are so amazing and Zoe is such a great teacher, But they are only one of many awesome teachers. I have never felt so supported and respected, and I love every class and all the members are cool I never feel like I am the old 49yr old ex dancer, I feel like a friend a team member... I feel loved! I owe this to my PT Rose who told me I deserved to be respected. Pole Diva Mornington is the bees knees... Love you all.

Anytime Fitness - VIC

Lexie Clift Such a great gym! Have been attending for years and there is a great sense of community in the space. Always a familiar and friendly face to say hi to, especially if you keep to routine and go at the same time each day. 24/7 access to the gym is also a lifesaver for me and my work schedule. It’s small but has absolutely everything you need to get a great workout in, even if you’re a gym junkie or a beginner.

Primal Physiotherapy Hillside - VIC

Zoe I have recently been using primal to overcome a running related injury. My experience thus far has been extremely positive and I’ll certainly be recommending primal to my running community! Firstly, Primal is like no other. They have proper gym equipment and facilities to help people truly recover from injuries, not just the simple massages or needle therapies most alternate clinics offer. As a result I’m receiving results that are long lasting, to allow me to get back into physical activity! The physios onsite are highly qualified, supportive and committed professionals. I have been seeking help from Charbel whom I highly recommend! He listens to my concerns, he encourages you to commit to the work needed to recover, and is truly dedicated to his work. I trust his expertise and suggestions and that makes a huge difference to my recovery. An important thing for females to consider too- he is extremely respectful and communicates with me whenever he makes physical assessments. This was extremely important to me as I usually opt to go for female physios. Lastly, the customer service is fantastic. I receive confirmation via phone call for my appointments, I’m able to use Medicare billing seamlessly, and can change/amend my appointments if needed.

The Training Collective - VIC

Andy Agle We just returned from a month in Sydney and had a great experience training at the Training Collective nearly every day of our stay. The programming, coaches, and community are fantastic and the workouts can be tailored to individual needs, from tigers to those recovering from injuries. Highly recommended!
