Kieser Heidelberg - VIC

Bridget Carman Had a consultation last week. Really liked the feel of the place, no mirrors, no loud music. Once you are shown around and have a tour of the place things make a bit more sense. Im looking forward to my next visit next week where I will start on the machines. The ladies at the desk are lovely, thank you Talia for taking care of me. Louisa was very good in explaining my plan and didnt rush me through anything.

keith bhebhe I’ve been working with the Balance North team for around two years, and my experience has been consistently positive. In particular, my most recent treatment session with Grace, who has been incredible in supporting me through a running-related injury. She took the time to explain the possible causes clearly, provided effective treatment, and guided me through practical options for long-term, home-based self-management. Her calm and reassuring approach really helped ease my worries, especially when I was anxious about the prognosis and how long I’d be off my running plan. I highly recommend Grace and the entire Balance North team for their professional and thoughtful care.

Australian Combat & Exercise - VIC

Leonard Tang Boxing is my least favourite exercise of all. I enrolled into the course for few reasons: Turn the least favourite exercise to one of the favourite exercises Add more value to my clients training Upskill for my career Hays is very friendly and very helpful. At the end of the course, I got much more confidence compared to before starting the course. I have a better understanding of how to do boxing for fitness and how to coach my clients with confidence. Highly recommended

Pav Pilates - VIC

Sarah s I recently visited this lovely home Pilates studio and had such a great experience. I brought along a friend who was trying Pilates for the first time, while I’ve been attending regularly interstate, and the instructor Pav, did an amazing job catering to both of us. She was incredibly personable, made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in, and struck the perfect balance between guidance and encouragement. The session was fun, engaging, and definitely worked the body. A fantastic option for anyone looking for a more personalised, relaxed Pilates environment without compromising on a quality workout.
