3 /5 Kate: I needed to get a bulk amount of money out urgently and I could do NOTHING because the coaches weren’t answering the sms messages and there is NO phone number. I think they pay well on interest but seriously consider it because if you need help- you’re at their mercy! Clearly they need more staff on the app!!

4 /5 Jimmy Tran: Staff is very pleasant to speak to and very professional, ANZ plus has enlighten my moods of Transaction to the next level. BUT I feel like if ANZ plus has enough KPI they can invest to more customer support hours :) I really Thank “Michelle” my next generation sister for her effort reaching out try to help me out the best shape or forms without feeling cold. Overall it is just missing 1 star from me. Everything has been perfect

1 /5 Liam OBrien: Honestly the worst financial product I have ever used. Stay well clear if this one. App is awful and has been released with features not working. You can’t increase you daily transaction limit. You don’t get a customer reference number. Support is shockingly awful it took me 2 days to resolve a simple issue in 2023 ANZ still can’t figure out chat. You can’t generate rate an interim statement and if you request one they will want to charge you. I’m honestly shocked at how awful this experience has been. It has already cost me money Time and opportunity. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

1 /5 Ah Paw: The worst financial service I encountered so far. This team of hopeless people holding my fund for days without doing anything and even not responding to my repetitive instructions. They try to steal the interest from me by delaying the transaction. Go elsewhere to deposit your money.

1 /5 A: Locked my account without any warning no text no sms - i needed to access my money for groceries - no phone number to contact them to unlock card - sent msg online to the coach during business hours waiting 2 hours still no reply disgusting. how will my kids eat now
