Its ergonomic design ensures proper form, minimizing the risk of injury while maximizing muscle engagement. I.E It helped me develop my chest, shoulders and back to isolation movements, The top it off only train twice a week and it also assist me on leg exercises such as a single leg lunge allow me to execute more range of motion by tapping the level one on the ground is an amazing product if you’re looking for something that can really give you results in the most efficient manner I recommend buying the EZ back Pro! Crystal C Houses Genesis Maidstone culture are Very friendly and the people who work there actually care about their clients. Great community clean, great gym, really knowledgeable personal trainers. I see Gary and Ross who are brilliant and the group instructors are great too as well as the classes. The sauna is also a blessing especially during winter. Can easily make great friends here too! Cannot recommend this gym enough.
