Thanks Jess for a term of very helpful mum and bub Pilate class. The class size is so small (mostly two mums only) it’s very personal so Jess can attend to all the details and explain clearly.

5 /5 Paulina Sukari: I have been seeing Becky for a couple of years now and can say with certainty that shes the best physio that I have seen. I have been to several physios and chiros over the years for my shoulder pain, however it would always resurface soon afterwards. After a session with Becky, I feel like my range of movement is restored and my pain fades away. Becky was originally recommended by my obstetrician due to joint pain that I had when I was pregnant (it was so bad that I couldnt walk without pain - after a few sessions, it went away). Shes also extremely kind and easy to talk to. I really enjoy going to see Becky and would recommend her to anyone who needs a physio!

5 /5 Mrs Flower: The trainers are exceptional. I have suffered from lower back pain for over 20 years, but have not had issues since starting at BB about 5 years ago. The trainers can see your physical ailments before you explain them. They are meticulous and knowledgeable about the body. They can recommend a minor tweak during an exercise which will engage another muscle you didn’t know you had! I highly recommend the BB team, especially Davina the body guru.

5 /5 Vanessa Pereira: Becky & Denise are wonderful physiotherapists and pilates instructors. They are both knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. While I was pregnant, Becky got me sorted so that I could walk properly again with little pain. Since having my second baby I have attended Reformer Pilates with Denise, which has helped heal my core after a caesarean section, got rid of almost all of my back pain and I feel stronger than ever before. I am so glad I found this dynamic duo and will be forever grateful for all they have helped me with and taught me about my body.

I first saw Becky for physio treatment 4 years ago towards the end of my first pregnancy at the recommendation of my obstetrician and I’m so incredibly thankful I did! She’s now seen me through a second pregnancy and beyond and never fails to provide the most thorough treatment possible with instant relief. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and honest as well as being one of the most friendly people I’ve ever met who will have you instantly at ease. I’ve seen many physiotherapists and the like in the past for sporting injuries as well as for early on in my first pregnancy and I’ve never had the care and results that I have experienced with Becky, and also now with her new physiotherapist Kate. They are both absolute gems and their knowledge of the entire human body is beyond impressive. You definitely can’t go wrong with these amazing women!

Phase 1 Performance - NSW

Dillon I couldnt recommend this gym enough. The facilities are top-notch, always clean, and well-maintained. The equipment is new and the space is usually nice and quiet, a contrast to most 24/7 gyms. I particularly like all the matrix equipment, its some of the best out there. The staff are friendly and the owner Jess is great. I saw firsthand how she went out of her way to help others with their workouts; she genuinely wants what’s best for all her clients. Whether youre just starting your fitness journey or considering a new gym, this place is everything you need and more. Thanks for a great experience Phase 1!

Thomas Sonia (Marriage Celebrant) I’ve conducted weddings here but also recently came with my grandkids and family and enjoyed a lovely meal in the bistro. We sat next to The very well set up play Centre kids were happy. The food was good. Definitely be returning.

Amelie Heard Stevie is absolutely fantastic, he’s been training Mum for 6yrs and it’s so nice to see her so lit up after every session. Sometimes I go along too, and Stevie creates great programs at my level - I’ve learned so much already! ASN Frankston - NSW

Amanda Leeson ASN Frankston is that store — the one where you walk in and instantly feel like you’ve got your own hype squad. The staff are ridiculously friendly, actually know their stuff, and somehow manage to recommend products without making you feel like you’re being sold a whole new personality. The store is spotless, the range is huge, and the vibes? Immaculate. If you want honest advice, great products, and a team that treats you like a regular even when it’s your first time, this is the place. 10/10 would happily let them take my money again.
