Joseph Duffey Id had an issue with my achilles tendon for over a year, following a bad tackle in soccer, and despite various physios, chiropractors and other health professionals trying to fix it, I was not improving and it was impacting not only my ability to play soccer but also day to day life. I found Dane whilst researching my next step and gave him a call, he seemed very knowledgeable and generous with his time. At the appointment he used strength testing to check calf strength etc and from that point he kept the recovery process very simple by providing me with 2 or 3 simple exercises, with suggested weights and reps. After 3-6 mths of following his protocol and his treatment, I was back playing soccer. I found Dane to be very knowledgeable, generous with his time and very calm and structured in his approach.

aaron hodson A wicked gym with all the modern equipment and the facilities are immaculate.. Shane the manager was more than accommodating and an absolute legend showing me around the gym. Highly recommend snap fitness if your in the area for a workout!
