5 /5 Patrick Hayton: Only been training with Hakan for a couple of sessions but he seems like a top bloke and knows what he is talking about. Very patient and accommodating to people of all fitness levels. Recently quit smoking and came to train for the first time in 3+ years at 150kg with no cardio and expected to get laughed at but Hakan is very professional and aims to deliver the best outcomes for his clients.

I’ve been a student under Hakan for a few years and I have not only learnt so much about exercise but also improved my understanding of health, supplementation and dieting from him. I believe you should give LAF a go because you won’t regret it. For an all inclusive approach and application to health and fitness LAF is the place to go.
