Studio High Street Pilates & Movement - VIC

Tess Sloane Studio High St is a great Pilates studio. Ruths functional Pilates classes have been amazing for my hypermobility and previous injuries. I worked with Ruth for a few years building strength in her classes. I then attended Ruths classes during my pregnancy to stay fit and mobile. As a result I only had 1/2 cm of ab seperation. Ruth is a flexible instructor who works with all different types of injuries, conditions and limitations in a class setting. I would recommend her classes for anyone who wants to build strength and have a pilates instructor that is dynamic, flexible and fun.

The Movement space - VIC

Carol Goddard I have had sessions with Laura for a persistent shoulder injury that was stopping me from doing lots of things I love to do. Laura guided me to work on the strengths I have and to ‘work with’ the limitations of my shoulder. Fast forward to today and I now have full range of movement in my shoulders and they are now as strong as ever and I am pain free. Laura thank you for your patience and persistence, and for seeing a path ahead for me even when I couldn’t see it for myself. Laura I really appreciate what you do and even more importantly how you do it.

Snap Fitness 24/7 Glen Waverley - VIC

Erdna Perry I go to this gym on a bring a friend Thursday and I must say the facilities are wonderful. The hairdryers, diffusers, deodorants and hair ties are such a nice touch, good for my thick hair. This place is so thoughtful of the customers, I very much like the couches and the workers are so thoughtful.
