Bowie definitely knew her products and it was wonderful to be able to chat about watches in such a laid back environment. I had told her that I was after a present and she was able to quickly deliver on it after only a short wait. Sean R I brought in a stone to be set into a empty ring setting. The setting required modified prongs to fit the stone. They did a great job and kept it safe until it was finished a few days later - its now been about 18 months since and the work was absolute quality. I would trust Ridge again.
