She really values feedback and takes time to learn about what you need/ want to work on and caters the training to align with that. I have seen so much progress in the 5 months that we have been working together physically and also in my training, hitting PBs I never thought I’d be able to hit. On top of training she is so beautiful, she pushes you but also validates you when you’re struggling, she cheers you on and celebrate all your wins no matter how big or small, and the more you put in to your training the more time she gives to you!! Cassie is truly such an amazing trainer and I 100% believe lethal rig training is worth it.
