1 /5 Kerrin Williams: Absolutely frustrated at the pitiful service we experienced. Multiple BASes completed without checking entries to ensure GST calculations were correct (they werent) but happy to bill us on time for work that wasnt done! Documents were not passed on so we were out of pocket for late payment fees, and didnt bother responding to emails. Do yourself a favour and get a real accountant, not a backyarder.

1 /5 Dale Whitehead: Leanne was our accountant for 12 years. No complaints. Then she didn’t lodge our taxes and we didn’t know since she had been paid in full for the service. We only knew once the ATO sent us a letter. After many communications with her with lots of assurances that it would be done with no follow through, we lodged complaints with the Tax Practioners Board. She will not respond to anyone, is or them. It’s been 2 years. We will now have to sue her and pay another accountant to sort us out. DO NOT USE. I’m so disappointed she treated loyal clients like this.
