Kayla B JNPT is a really great place to train. Everyone is down to earth and the gym is relaxed, friendly, and free of judgment/ego. Jeremy pays attention to what actually works for you and what weak spots or injuries you may have, so every session feels achievable and purposeful. Jeremy is super accomodating and this makes showing up easy and consistency achievable.

Strong Pilates Balwyn - VIC

Sooky Leong After having kids, I struggled to find something that could rebuild my fitness without leaving me exhausted or injured. STRONG Balwyn has completely changed that for me. The mix of low-impact, high-variety strength and cardio training has rebuilt my body confidence and taken my fitness to a whole new level. I’m now in the best shape of my life — stronger, leaner, and more energised than ever. The trainers (shout out to Meg, Georgia, Hannah, Lottie and Crysta!) are not only motivating but also provide excellent technique corrections, so I feel safe and supported while getting the most out of every session. Workouts are challenging, and the environment is welcoming. Next milestone - 150 classes and not looking back. Could not recommend more highly!

State of Fitness - VIC

Andy Yu Its been almost a year since I started at State of Fitness and I have absolutely no regrets. This was my first ever experience at a gym so there was a definitely a bit of intimidation going in. Thankfully Dylan and the team have been very understanding and tailored the 1 on 1 sessions and ongoing program to my level. The team puts great focus on to form and safety, so Ive been able to move quickly up in strength without any injuries. The progress has been so satisfying I very quickly went from going in once a week to slowly build a habit to going in 4 days a week. The community at the gym is also fantastic, and everybody is incredibly friendly and there are no cliche gym-egos. Unfortunately for me, a few members greet me by name and I have no idea who they are and I think its too late to ask. If youre reading this review and thinking of joining, I would highly encourage it and please pretend youre hard of hearing and ask people to introduce themselves loudly thanks. edit: July-25, added progress photo.
