5 /5 Samantha Rudman: Joined this peaceful studio for two weeks whilst visiting from Perth. Absolutely loved it, a highlight of the visit. The instructors were friendly, kind, and generous with their instruction. The studio is clean and spacious. Can’t wait to come back and train again! (Thanks especially to Laura and Tessa ❤️)

I have remained injury free and have become so much stronger both mentally and physically. Amanda Ryan - mum , dog lover , lawyer and pilates addict !
