Betriece Gesuale The team at BFT Pascoe Vale are amazing! They’re all so friendly, supportive, and motivating, always pushing you to do your best in every session. I recently started training here and have already noticed such a positive difference both physically and mentally. The trainers are really experienced and always make sure new members feel comfortable and confident in what they’re doing. Every workout is different, and the group class training atmosphere is great. Everyone genuinely encourages one another. I wish I had joined sooner and have made lots of new friends going!

The gym has a welcoming atmosphere, making it easy for both beginners and seasoned fitness enthusiasts to feel comfortable. **Facilities:** The facilities are well-maintained, featuring a variety of equipment that caters to different workout preferences. The gym has plenty of cardio machines, free weights, and resistance training equipment. I especially love the group fitness classes, which offer a fun way to stay motivated and challenge myself. **Staff:** The staff at Fernwood Fitness are incredibly friendly and supportive. They are always willing to help, whether its showing me how to use a machine or providing advice on workouts. The trainers are nadia Sarah Chiara & Kris And off course Jane Love my #reformer knowledgeable and offer a range of training programs tailored to meet individual goals, from weight loss to strength training. **Community:** One of the standout features of Fernwood is the community aspect. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie among members, and I’ve found it easy to make friends during classes. The environment is encouraging, which keeps me coming back. **Overall:** If you’re looking for a gym that offers a great mix of facilities, supportive staff, and a positive community atmosphere, I highly recommend Fernwood Fitness.
