Kirsten SIKIOTIS Keighley brings such a great balance of high energy, challenging fitness, range of skill and motion, all tied in with breathe relaxation and positive vibes. I love her classes!! So do my thighs and abs !! And my favourite thing is they are outdoors. So nice to ground and be in nature and the fresh air and sunshine too. Highly recommend.
