I do Metafit via Zoom in the mornings before work and Metapower on Friday and Saturday in person and I love it. Every class is challenging in the best way and I always leave feeling like I’ve had an awesome workout.
Sara is incredibly motivating and genuinely cares about helping you reach your goals. She constantly encourages us to try new things and step outside our comfort zone, whether it’s a running challenge, longer planks, or lifting heavier weights. Whatever your fitness level, she will meet you where you’re at and support you every step of the way.
