Following implementation of the developed plan, we further engaged Alteris Lifetime Serive Offer to act as our Nominee to liaise with the various Government Agencies and the Aged Care Facility to ensure that the relevant charges were applied correctly. This followed the submission to Alteris, on a quarterly basis, financial updates of our Mothers assets. The various Alteris agents we liased with over the 4 years always acted with diligence and professionalism. I cannot emphasise enough how this liaison helped us with the navigation of such a complex area!
