1 /5 Husam: I had a very disappointing experience with Carmel from Lock Conveyancing Group during my home buying journey. The service was unprofessional and caused me numerous headaches. Firstly, the conveyancer, Carmel, was extremely disorganized. Every time I called, I had to reintroduce myself and remind her of my property and its processing date. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating and unprofessional. Moreover, Carmel failed to ensure that the house I purchased would be professionally cleaned, despite it being tenanted. This oversight added unnecessary stress to an already challenging process. The most troubling aspect was the lack of clear communication regarding my settlement day. I had to call multiple times to get any information, and even then, Carmel only informed me two days before the settlement, without certainty. This last-minute notice made it incredibly difficult to arrange for removalists and other necessary services. I had to call the agent myself many times and deal with them directly, which I understood to be the conveyancer’s responsibility. Overall, my experience with Lock Conveyancing Group was so far from satisfactory. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a smooth and professional home buying process.
