Verica Jokic I can’t believe I’ve found a gym that I like. Motus is amazing. It has small strength and conditioning classes where everyone follows their own program under supervision from terrific instructors. Everyone is friendly and down to earth. The class choices include mat and reformer Pilates, yoga, stretching, as well as the terrific strength training. Because the classes are small, everyone gets plenty of attention and help to ensure we are exercising correctly. This is not a show-offs or a poser’s gym but a very welcoming place committed to good health outcomes for people of all ages.
