Farah Mian This is the best gym. All the coaches are really supportive and will guide you through the exercises no matter what your fitness ability is or if you have an injury. They will challenge and encourage you to meet your goals. The environment is friendly and community focussed. I love going here and highly recommend it to anyone.

Sandy Varin Had a massage today to loosen the legs. Definitely recommend this place. Phoebe was firm but gentle at the same time. Still had a few tears in my eyes but needed it. Great sevice. Georgia was really good last time I went there as well. Magnesium powder is available too.

Bobby Van Beek We just had our daughter’s birthday party! What an amazing day! Our daughter & her friends are all autistic- so going to public places, doing activities can be very stressful. Having a special needs party isn’t always possible, but the staff that helped me organise my daughters special day listens and made adjustments to the party - so inclusive and zero judgement! The staff running the inflatable activity were so patient and understanding of the girls - and made sure each got a memorable turn in their own time. So much extra support and encouragement was given to the girls, which made the whole thing a lot less stressful and enjoyable to watch our kids having such a safe & great time. And the extra safety measures meant that even our not so strong swimmers were able to enjoy safely. Thankyou so much!

Georgie Meehan I have had an awesome experience at EDBA since I started training there 4 months ago. Eric is incredibly knowledgeable and a 10/10 coach - he has a great ability to be able to break the skills/the science of boxing down into smaller pieces and to really help you understand the why behind everything. I have learnt so much since I started training with Eric and Im really excited for the improvements to come! Eric has also created a great culture at EDBA where everyone works hard to improve together and also has fun at the same time. Would really highly recommend EDBA if you are wanting to take your boxing to the next level!
