1 /5 Sze Peng Choo: Im writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Kias service center. I had arranged to have my Kia Carnival serviced, and I was told to drop it off at 7:30 am. However, when I arrived, the service team didnt open until 7:45 am. I was 2nd in the queue. I informed Joey M that I would pick up my car and return the loan car at 3 pm, but when I arrived, I was told that my car wasnt ready. I had to wait for at least 30 minutes, which caused me to cancel my doctors appointment at 3:30 pm.
I asked Joey why wasn’t my car ready when I sent in early in the morning and he explained to me that they prioritise on customers who wait at the center so it doesn’t matter whether I’m 2nd in the queue. This really pissed me off.
My car was finally ready at 3:40 pm. As I was about to leave, I noticed that my vehicle log book hadnt been endorsed. I had to return to the service center to have it endorsed, which was frustrating. I believe they might be rushing to get my car done and forgot to endorse it.
This is the second time that Ive experienced poor service from Kias service center. In contrast, when I had my Hyundai Tucson serviced, I received excellent service and got my car back earlier than expected. I hope that Kias service center will take steps to improve their service and provide a better experience for their customers.
I wouldn’t recommend to go back there and will certainly try other place.
