1 /5 Damian Lobo: Dont deserve any star at all! Names and order of names deliberately changed on documents despite drawing attention of the errors on 2 separate types of services. Failed to advise me of Vendors land tax obligations consequently I had to pay a proportionate amount for which I was out of pocket for $600. This could have been avoided by putting a condition “Despite any General Conditions or Special Conditions, the Vendor will not require the Purchaser to contribute towards any land tax by way of adjustment at settlement. The Vendor warrants that they will pay the entire land tax liability at settlement”. *

1 /5 TJ T: One of the WORST FIRMS I have ever had the displeasure of having had to have any association with. A home care package client of ours engaged Mark Flynn from this firm to act as her Financial Administrator. This client had no family and was cognitively impaired. Despite numerous attempts to contact Mark (not only by us but Bolton Clarke as well as our village nurses) to seek residential placement for this client, he did NOTHING to assist. Even the client herself requested residential placement! He forfeited any shred of responsibility by attempting to make the clients friends responsible for sourcing a residential facility (which was HIS responsibility). As a result of his neglect (and as predicted), this client was found wandering aimlessly; confused and disorientated in the retirement village in which she lives at 11:30pm at night when she was finally admitted to hospital where she could be assessed and monitored appropriately. Mark was conveniently on holiday during this time, never once responding to any requests for assistance. This firm FAILED this client miserably! Dont give them the chance to do the same to your elderly loved one! DO NOT ENGAGE THIS FIRM FOR POA and/or FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION! **The Response from the owner is typical legal jargon BS without one shred of acceptance of responsibility and complete fabrication of the truth. I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to this firm!
