3 /5 Alex Liiv: We were left without resolution We moved into our first house. The day of moving Water is gushing down wall at bottom of stairs, upon closer inspection we noticed the brickwork had cracks throughout. The building inspector company HouseSpect did not pick this up in their report. We had spend $25k repairing the problem area of house. We were wanting some legal council to go after the building inspection company Houspect and possibly old owner for not disclosing problem with house. Upon reaching out to Rosendorff for legal help retainer, they said we had a case and would. We paid their retainer, we had about 4-5 email exchanges, which were invoiced for. Mid consultation they sent me a request to google review, which at the time they were providing a good service so of course i gave a good review. They did write a letter of demand and submit to building inspection company and previous owner, after which time Rosendorff Lawyers did not reply to final emails. We have been left further out of pocket and with no resolution.
