Robert Johnston I recently joined the Lungs in action classes and enjoy the fun exercises as we as a class move from machine to machine. The class I do runs for one hour twice a week and feel much better after doing these low impact. I’m one of 25+ people in the class and can highly recommend this to any senior who wants to keep moving. Rebecca and her friendly team are so courteous and supportive.
