I was told to contact a conveyancer to review the contract - so i found Meadow Heights Conveyancing online and decided to give them a call since theyre local. Im so glad that i did. The lovely lady answered the phone and told me to send through the contract via email and shell take a look right away. 1 hour later she called me back and gave me some very insightful information - such as the garage had been converted into a room illegally without permits, and helped me understand the risks from council + potential issues with financing (the vendor is pretending its a 3 bedroom when really its a 2 bedroom). She is extremely knowledgeable and i highly recommend you use her services. I will definitely be coming back to use her as my conveyancer if successful at the auction - and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you so much
