1 /5 Rena Ng: The bloody worst processes and people I have ever dealt with. You cant even withdraw your own superannuation despite filling in all the forms, ID verification and directing Mercer to deposit it into the nominated bank account. Following all the processes and they not even clear from the start. We followed everything they sent to us and even confirmed it with them. Then they turn around and change the goal posts and conditions of the release without telling us from the start or even calling us to confirm. They are keeping my fathers super only $3,600 and wont even release the funds as directed. AWEFUL AWEFUL AWEFUL!

1 /5 Cameron Duffy: Previously my super was rolled over from BT but i never received any notification and spent two weeks on phone trying to get details. Apparently after two years the service is ZERO. Upon receiving the change of details form queried the help desk for where I would find "Plan/Product Name" but apparently as I failed the security check (Phone, Name, Address all correct) , help desk refused to answer when I asked for clarification on the ATO description Fund Name and Product/Plan name on the form were the same thing. Sorry you failed the security check. Extremely bad service, Id give it zero stars being complete asshats but you need one to raise a review.

1 /5 Sonic: Absolute shitshow of a company I just got forced in after my BT got rolled over to Mercer without even asking me!? Now a simple half an hour solvable matter needs apparently 45 days and longer to solve, they cant even do a simple videocall verification and insist on Letters. Absolute joke, really.

1 /5 Yiyi Liu: I called twice to solve a simple question, they were so rude on the phone and didn’t even let me finish talking, one of the lady literally hang up on me while I was still explaining. I mean if your having a bad day it’s not my fault or maybe your unsatisfied with your own company, deal your attitude with your manager not your customer. Seriously, just quit your job if you hate it so much. I regret to choose this company over others now.
