1 /5 Catherine Piasecki: My husband went in for assistance picking me an anniversary gift. Despite him taking photos of my current jewellery they suggested something completely not my style and that doesnt match. Because it is earrings they will not exchange, even immediately and unworn. Sales assistant did not mention this to him prior to purchase. Dont shop here, waste of money and they dont know anything.

Tayla has an exceptional eye for recommending pieces that youll love for a lifetime. Im stoked with my new additions and she made the selection process so easy for an indecisive shopper.

5 /5 Jess S: My partner and I came in yesterday on the 27/09 and were taken so well of. We were looked after by the lovely Tam. Even though we were looking she gave us wonderful assistance with so much warmth and authenticity. She also offered to clean my engagement ring for me and even offered her own for my partner to wear. Truly touched by her incredible heart. Thank you for making our long weekend, wonderful Tam!

1 /5 Suzanna Coach: This is by far the worst Michael Hill store I have walked into. The ladies were rude and it was obvious they made assumptions that I didnt have money to spend. If anyone knows anything about diamonds, you would know that there is a difference between diamond colours. I was interested in a specific diamond in the store and they could not give me the exact colour or clarity of the ring. They stated it was in the d, E or f colour range I asked a few times which one exactly and they wouldnt tell me, saying it was just in that grouping. Now if I am going to be spending at least $5000, I want to know the exact colour and clarity. They treated my partner and I as if we knew nothing about diamonds. Dont waste your time at this store. Go to more specialist jewellers.
