5 /5 Gurp: Initially spoke to the Lovely Theresa, over the phone to confirm a product was in store. She was able to set it aside for me for a few hours till I was able to get into the shop. Once there, her service, her mannerism, her professionalism were beyond any. It was lovely to meet her and have her help me throughout the purchase of a pendant for my partner (who loved it). She explained the warranty that came with it and the warranty the store offers in full detail in a way anyone would be able to understand. Amazing beginning to end. Smile on her face, polite in words. Thank you once again. Will be back to this store just for Theresa in the near future for any other purchases.

5 /5 CrispyTendies: Wow, the customer service here is absolutely amazing, from start to finish it was exemplary. Bought a ring which had to be resized later so got the care plan - highly recommend if you aren’t sure about size. All the staff made me feel very welcomed and relaxed when transacting with them. Highly recommend :)
